All together 94 teams comprising of 51 Boys Team and 43 Girls team represented 54 Universities from all over India.

One of the many distinguished delegates is Darshana Rathor, World Champion of Yoga, representing Bhavnagar University.

Judges from different states Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan and Bihar are judging the performance of participants. Sri Chander Singhji Jhala is the Observer from AIU and the Chief Judge of the tournament.

The tournament was inaugurated by Prof. Ram Ashray Yadav, Vice-Chancellor, T. M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. Sri Rabindran Shankaran, S. P., Bhagalpur was the Chief Guest of the grand Inauguration ceremony. March Past and colourful cultural programme marked the opening ceremony.

Final And Prize distribution ceremony is being held on 13th January, 2004.
