Eligibility Guidelines for TG TET 2025
Below is a detailed guideline for candidates appearing in Paper I (for teaching Classes I to V) and Paper II (for teaching Classes VI to VIII) of the TG TET 2025.
Paper-Ⅰ ( Ⅰ to Ⅴ Classes)
- Applicants must have an Intermediate (10+2) qualification with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/Differently Abled individuals).
- Candidates should possess a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, a 4-year B.Ed.. Ed., or a Diploma in Special Education.
Paper-Ⅱ ( Ⅵ to Ⅷ Classes)
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.E./B.Tech) with at least 50% marks, with relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent qualification in teacher training is essential.
